Organisation of your exhibition at the Palais des Congrès:
1. Setting up of your exhibition
2. Definition of your requirements: number of stands, best choice of room according to required surface area
3. Drawing up of exhibition plan to scale
4. Drawing up and routing of technical and registration documents destined for your exhibitors
5. Processing of registration forms:

-surface area required for stand
- Further equipment requirements, floral decoration, hostesses, staff provided for lifting and handling
- Hotel reservation
-registration for different meals
6. Collection of royalties/payments by the Palais des Congrès or by the convention organiser 
7. Collection of optional payments (equipment, accommodation, restauration...) by the Palais des Congrès.
8. Individual confirmation to each delegate of registration and chosen options
9. Billing of exhibitors for all services reserved
10. Production of name badges for all exhibitors
11. Reception of convention equipment before the event
